Hispanic leadership and statewide pastors unite for the hope of the city and the nation
Minneapolis, MN — Minneapolis comes together. In a significant moment for the city and for the Hispanic community across the United States, local pastors and multiple national pastoral associations are joining in one unified call: Night of Hope – Unidos Somos Más (Stronger Together). This collaboration marks a remarkable expression of ministerial unity that transcends cultures and languages, sending a clear message: when the Church walks together, hope grows stronger.
The event is free and open to the public and will take place on March 6 at 7:00 PM, with online streaming available to allow participation from across the state and beyond.
Led by the local church, this Night of Hope affirms that faith can serve as a bridge of hope and direction in challenging times, and that the Church is one body called to serve with one shared vision: the spiritual well-being of the city. In the midst of recent challenges, leaders from diverse communities are lifting a unified voice of faith, direction, and renewal.
The evening will feature special participation by Daniel Calveti, along with Alberto Arriaza and Nancie Méndez, in an atmosphere of worship, prayer, and spiritual encouragement.

Border Perspective, through TenX10’s Faith and Service Project Grant, launched its first fully funded Service Learning experience for youth from the Rio Grande Valley. Over six days, students from five churches served local partners, explored faith, justice, and peacemaking, and discovered what it means to live out the gospel in their own communities.

In June, Border Perspective partnered with three local churches in the Rio Grande Valley to host a Vacation Bible School for immigrant children. Using a five-day curriculum linking Bible stories to themes of migration and identity, kids learned about trusting God through the lives of Abraham, Elijah, Esther, Moses, and Jesus. The program helped children see how God is present in their own journeys and affirmed their identity in Christ amid life’s challenges.

From quiet moments in empty shelters to community-led legal clinics, each experience reminded us that God is moving, and we’re invited to join Him.
Border Perspective receives Faith & Service Project Grant to empower youth through faith-based service-learning trips. In partnership with TENx10, we’re making faith matter by providing scholarships for 20 young people to serve and grow in their faith this summer.
