Serve recently arrived families at Catholic Charities Humanitarian Respite Center. The HRC serves families by connecting them with their sponsor that is already in one of fifty states north of the border, answering any questions they or their sponsor may have and walking them through the process of securing transportation from the Southern border to the city and state they will reside in for the duration of their immigration process.

Volunteers are invited to engage families, facilitate activities for children, prepare and serve meals, sort donations and distribute diapers & over-the-counter medication at the respite center pharmacy.
